By booking and using The Ventana Studio (“Studio”), the individual or entity making the reservation (“Renter”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservation & Studio Use:
Your reservation begins and ends promptly at the scheduled times selected during booking. Rental time must include setup, breakdown, and cleanup. The Studio must be vacated by the end of your reservation to respect incoming bookings.

Access codes are active only during your reserved time. Early access or overstaying may result in additional fees.

Capacity:
For safety and comfort, the Studio allows a maximum of 15 people in the space at any time, including the Renter, clients, photographers, assistants, vendors, children, and pets. Exceeding this capacity may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Responsibility & Liability:
The Renter assumes full responsibility for the Studio during the rental period, including all guests, photographers, assistants, vendors, children, and pets associated with the booking.

The Ventana Studio is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Damage, Cleaning & Fees:
The Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the Studio, furnishings, props, floors, walls, windows, fixtures, or equipment caused during the reservation.

The Studio must be left in the same condition as found. If the Studio is left excessively dirty, disorganized, or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use, a $120 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file. Additional repair or replacement costs may apply if damage has occurred.

If damage is noticed upon arrival, please notify us immediately.

Studio Guidelines

• To protect the space and ensure a great experience for all guests

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Glitter is not permitted

• Confetti is allowed only if fully cleaned up

• No nails, screws, drilling, or permanent mounting on walls

• Items may not be taped, hung, or attached to walls without prior approval

• No open flames, candles, sparklers, or fireworks

• Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited

• Music must be kept at a reasonable volume

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Pets:
Pets are welcome at The Ventana Studio. The Renter is responsible for supervising pets at all times and for any messes or damage caused. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start time. When canceled within this window, a one-time rebooking credit equal to the amount paid will be issued.

Rebooking credits:

• May be used one time only

• Must be used within 6 months of the original booking date

• Cannot be reissued, extended, or transferred

• Reservations made using a rebooking credit cannot be rescheduled. If canceled, no new credit will be issued.

• Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the reservation start time are not eligible for credit.
  

  All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  
  Late Departures:
  Late departures may result in additional charges. Please plan your session to allow time for cleanup and exit within your reserved time.
  
  Governing Law:
  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  
  Agreement & Acceptance:
  By completing a booking, the Renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and accept full responsibility for their reservation.
