  • The Ventana Studio is thoughtfully designed around natural light. Our two large southwest-facing windows (also known as Ventanas in Spanish) allow sunlight to pour into the space throughout the day, creating inviting daylight that shifts and changes beautifully over time.

    Because our lighting is entirely natural, we encourage guests to consider their booking time and local sunset when planning their session. Once the sun sets, available light will naturally fade.

    At this time, no additional studio lighting is provided. We welcome and encourage photographers and creators to work with the space as it naturally exists.

  • You’ll find us at 7756 Northcross Drive, Unit 201 Austin, TX 78757 inside the Mesa West building. We’re located on the second floor, conveniently right next to the elevator, making arrival quick and easy.

    Plenty of parking is available in both the front and back of the building.

  • Yes, we love having pets at The Ventana Studio! Please be mindful of any messes, including pet hair or damage, during your visit, as additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if extra care is needed after your session.

  • You are welcome to bring your own props. Please keep in mind the studio is located on the second floor, with elevator access available.

    Confetti is permitted as long as it is fully cleaned up after your session. Glitter is not allowed. Items may not be hung, taped, or attached to the walls unless prior approval has been granted.

    Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra care is needed after your session.

  • Have additional questions about what is or isn’t permitted? Please don’t hesitate to reach out. Special permissions can often be granted for unique scenarios, it never hurts to ask!

  • After booking and completing payment online, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on what to expect upon arrival, including entry and check in access to the building and studio.

    You will receive two access codes to enter the building and studio at the time of your reservation.

  • Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start time of your booking. When canceled within this window, you will receive a one-time rebooking credit equal to the amount paid. This credit may be applied toward a future reservation.

    Rebooking credits:

    • May be used one time only

    • Must be used within 6 months of the original booking date

    • Cannot be reissued or extended

    Reservations made using a rebooking credit cannot be rescheduled. If a booking made with a rebooking credit is canceled, no new credit will be issued.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the reservation start time are not eligible for a credit.

    All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
